I had been working in New york City for years. I love doing panoramic shots and my intention was to photograph the city like it had never been done before. I wanted to capture the vibrant culture and rich history that pulsed through the streets. As I went out to the roof of the plant where i worked, the heat and humidity were palpable. Sweat dripped down my forehead as I lugged my camera equipment through the noisy super heated plant . But I was determined to succeed, no matter how hot and sticky it was. The sights, sounds, and smells of New York were overwhelming. The stunning skyline loomed above me, the aroma of steam from the plant and the underlying smell of garbage filled the air, and the roar of the plant filled my ears. It was a sensory overload, but in the best way possible. As I searched for the perfect spot to set up my tripod, I narrowly avoided disaster. The plant manager came up to the roof approached me, demanding to know what I was doing. He claimed that using a tripod was not allowed in this area and that I should be back down in the plant on my watch. My heart sank as I realized that all of my hard work could be ruined in an instant. But I refused to let this setback ruin my entire day. With determination and a bit of charm, I explained to him that I was just relieved and on my own time and with a deep breath, I snapped all the shots I needed to create this panoramic shot. As I packed up my equipment and walked away, I couldn't believe that I had actually done it. I had captured new York in a way that no one had before, The best part I showed the plant manager the pic and it had impressed him so much he bought a copy . Production and Shipping Time:
