The end of last month marked a significant journey for me – a photography workshop in the heart of Manhattan that I had anticipated for a year. Those four days were a whirlwind of capturing iconic shots across the city: from the serene landscapes of Central Park to the structural magnificence of both the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges. It was an immersive experience, and I soaked in every lesson like a sponge, honing my craft amidst the bustling cityscape.

The stunning photographs I managed to capture during those days felt like treasures I wished I had stumbled upon years ago. Flashbacks to 2017 flooded my mind, recalling the gallery show opportunity in a restaurant. The owner had desired a New York City-themed display, and I had meticulously prepared prints of the city's iconic landmarks and skyline. The setup was impeccable, the ambiance transformed, but alas, not a single sale was made.

Reflecting on that disappointment, I couldn't help but wonder if the shots from the recent workshop could have altered the outcome. One particular photo lingered in my mind: a breathtaking shot taken while strolling back across the Manhattan Bridge on the workshop's final night.
